Boredom and curiosity got the better of me, and on impulse I took this route, with a surface crossing of 27th & Capital Parkway. What I learned: The construction on the north ramp is still very much underway, and appears to be nearing completion. I could be wrong, since the signs are projecting completion on May 15. More of the trail is closed than I thought; the entire section from 27th to the bridge is closed, and I wasn't supposed to be on it. They still had construction equipment parked on the trail. I really should be patient and wait until it's really open. Run was okay; met three other runners. Traffic pretty heavy, and I had 2:17 stopped time.
