Felt fully recovered and strong. Resisted urge to do speed work, but on the spur of the moment, took the south shore trail. Running the irregular trail in the semi-darkness made my pace somewhat slow. That's okay. There was a women's group running from Holmes Lake east toward Cooper. No one else on the south shore, except geese and a couple of owls.
