The most exciting thing was spotting a Great Egret wading in the lake. Stopped to gaze for a while. The few people I encountered were bent on making my run more difficult, including a weird encounter with a cyclist. The further to the left edge I went, the further he went toward the same edge, until he just stopped. He had the whole road, for heavens sake. The run, as you can see, was slow.
