Chilly morning, but I actually think I wore one too many layers on top. Most parts of me were toasty. Nobody else dumb enough to be out running.
I tried to do the fast parts at 5K pace. I made some of them longer than in the past, too, such as all the way through Holmes Park. Felt fine.
