Had some time off work this morning, so a slightly later run. Pleasant morning, PTT felt a bit better. Picked up the pace a bit and tried to remain quick and light. Also tried to imagine 26 miles at a faster pace than this. :(
Lake was very high, over the low parts of the trail, but I was on the road. A bit of wading in the 70th Street underpass. There was a heron in the lake.
