Notes
Caution was the name of the game, that I apparently neglected on my previous run. Keeping my feet under my hips so that I'm not using ankle flex for push-off seems to be best. PTT felt reasonably good, but ready to attack if I did anything wrong. To add to the excitement, some anterior tendons on my right ankle were making themselves evident - not in a big way, but enough to encourage more caution.
Anyway, my strategy at present is to keep my pace to 9:40 or slower so that I can get adequate time on my feet, if not miles.
All this said, it was a pretty nice morning run. Did not cycle to work; I think that does not help PTT.
