Scrapped the Empyrean Run - Ashland because I dragged my feet watching the weather and didn't get entered.
Today's run was challenging, perhaps due to too much wine and not enough water last night. Had to keep reminding myself to pick up the pace. Not sure it helped. Lots more snow and ice on the trails than I anticipated. Second half was 17 seconds faster than the first. I'd call that even splits.
