Notes
This run made up for yesterday's debacle, in pleasure if not miles. Feeling ever more comfortable in the huaraches, and steps do seem quieter than before. Ran comfortably the whole way. Man running with dog passed me, so I guess I'm not too fast yet. Below the dam, I upped my cadence to 240 for a while, which was fun. The Moleskin is always necessary. Forgot bandaid for my little toe, but apparently didn't need it. Still haven't experimented with retying the sandals. Lower calves are a bit sore, so I must be running somewhat differently.
