Saturday's run really knocked me for a loop: All my muscles were sore - calf, quads, hamstrings, groin - but the main problem was with my ever-troublesome fankle. I could barely walk Sunday, and people were noticing.

Pretty unsure about this run, and resolved to take it very easy and abort whenever necessary. Ran with baby steps the whole way. It wasn't too bad, and there were rare moments when it actually felt pretty good. Four miles was enough, though.

Post-run, feeling a lot better than I did yesterday at this time.

Just did some Googling, and self-diagnosed this as posterior tibial tendonitis.
