Notes
A real confidence builder. I did not blow up as I did two weeks ago. Had planned on sixteen, but it was going well enough that I extended it to 17. Last mile was second fastest. Ate a banana, a pear, and a granola bar before the run, drank maybe 20 oz. water. Since the air was a good deal cooler and drier, and I hate carrying water, I didn't. It worked out fine this time. Consumed a Clif Shot at mile 9. Met John O at Walton. He was at mile 22!
