Yesterday the rain and howling wind persuaded me to stay in bed, so I logged only two miles in the first two days of November.
This morning I felt quite strong, unsurprisingly, at least at first. The run felt by turns easy and somewhat hard. A bit strange. Had some discomfort in the muscle in my left calf, maybe due to starting out too fast. Anyway, stayed pretty strong throughout. Actually felt a bit overdressed toward the end.
