My legs felt quite strong, and I especially enjoyed hammering the climb out of Holmes Park. Did some speed play in other places as well. Maybe there's something to the carb loading theories - I had a giant plate of spaghetti for dinner last night. I was able to cross *under* 70th street for the first time. Clouds gathering portend more rain tonight. Met group of for men running, one woman, and several women and men walking through the park.
