Group run with Lyle, Chris D, and Jesse. Lyle dropped off at the two mile point, Chris at the four mile point. Jesse and I went on. I felt good enough to do the whole loop, but by the second half the heat was taking its toll on me. Jesse seemed to have no problem, and in the last mile he got a 50 yard lead on me. What was I thinking, trying to keep up with a 26 year old? Good run, though.
