Okay, I had a little trepidation about consecutive day runs, but this morning it's like the switch on my PTT was flipped off. I kept reminding myself to take it easy, but the ankle didn't seem to need babying. I wasn't feeling particularly energetic, but set a quick tempo early on, and that accounts for my fairly rapid pace. Anyhow, the time seemed to pass rather slowly, but I was able to run. Hurrah!
