Notes

This run dedicated to Meg Menzies and her family.

So the training plan says I should take about a third of my long runs at marathon pace. My plan, then, was to do this after the turnaround and after re-crossing O. The only problem with the plan was the gale-force wind from the west. That said, it was quite a nice run, the tempo part felt surprisingly good; the return part felt like it didn't take nearly as long as the last time on this course. There were some slightly worrisome signals from the left PTT, no doubt due to increased mileage. Will continue to monitor.

Saw Liukang and Kay, and a few other runners, and a deer.
