Notes
I wasn't sure I should run at all, and didn't feel committed to it until past mile three. At mile six I was committed for sure, and was really surprised at how strong I was feeling. In fact, running up 14th street felt downhill, and I felt like I had surplus energy the rest of the way. Nice.
There were several other runners and cyclists, in spite of the Penn State game start being mid-run. Bathrooms were closed for the season, which was a concern, but didn't turn out to be a problem.
Long runs aren't supposed to be the fastest of the week, are they? Hmmm.
