LRC group run with Ginger, Lyle, Jesse, and Brent. Ditched Ginger at 2M, Lyle at 4M. Jesse seemed to have picked up the pace after that; he seems to be tireless. Very light on his feet. He was pushing me and Brent in the last couple of miles. I encouraged him to train for a marathon. Good run; overall pace slow, so I guess it was very slow in the first four miles.
