I had a frustrating morning getting things done at home so I could go for a run, so I got started a good two hours later than I intended. Finally did get going at almost noon. Parked at Culver's. Probably a minute for traffic stops and walking at turnaround. Was hoping for a change to downhill after the turnaround, but no, it was still uphill, and into the wind to boot! Go figure. Immediately after the turnaround I began to feel discomfort in my shoes on tops of my feet. Sure enough, each foot had a bloody sore after the run. Not terrible, but not a good thing. The climb at the end of the run was a bit brutal. Otherwise, a good, long run. Packed in some Culver's calories after the run.
