Notes
I started out feeling pretty good, and kept going with a decent stride. Then, on a whim at the dog run, picked up the cadence quite a bit going up the hill toward the first turn, with the thought that I would resume my original plod soon. The new cadence felt so good that I never dropped back.
Greeted the dog women (twice), Mister Shuffle, some runner men, some walkers, lots of birds and frogs, a duckie with two babies, and a hawk.
