Boy howdy, this was hard. Oddly, stepping out the door wasn't difficult, but as soon as I started running, it felt like I was running through sludge. No, I felt like I was sludge. Yes, it was very humid, and I was drenched in sweat afterward, but since this run was so hard from the very beginning, I wouldn't have been surprised by a 10:00 pace, so 9:34 is pretty good, I guess. I think my problem was mostly internal. I'm blaming the delicious DeLeon's burrito I had last night.
