Vibram V-RUN (V-Run 2)
Considering my run in the morning, and my long run Saturday, I wanted this to be a comfortable pace. I guess a comfortable pace is close to 10:00. Felt good. No one else on the trail. Lots of traffic on the streets.
Am I getting caught up?
