Okay, pace looks bad, but I met Wanda coming out of Madonna and walked the last 0.7 miles at quite a slow pace. I was starting to feel a side stitch, and would have walked a bit, but certainly not the rest of the way, and certainly not that slowly. So, better than the numbers look. Kind of too bad I don't know my real pace.
Started with a very short stride as a warmup, and kept it rather short throughout the run. Only other problem was left toe #4 started hurting a few miles in. It was taped, and tape was a bit bloody afterward. Maybe the tape caused it; I don't know.
