Notes
In retrospect, I'm happy with this. My goal was a new PR (sub-50:00) and I achieved it nicely. I set a modest goal because I didn't want to screw up my marathon training or my knee, or any other part of me. I started quite slowly, so I must have been doing sub-8:00 miles for much of the race. I felt strong all the way to the end, and in fact, picked it up heading toward the finish line, even going up the Holmes hill.
Congratulations on finishing the Novartis Run!
