Notes

Caution is the word for this morning's run. Woke up with the ankle feeling pretty close to normal. Stretched it out in bed, then walking around the house felt fine. I wasn't going to push it with any ankle lifts, of course. During the actual run, there was no PTT discomfort. There was extreme caution, though, and as a result I was still running somewhat flatfooted in the left. So, very slow, but at least I was on the street again. A bit into the run, there were weird, momentary shooting nerve sensations in various parts of both legs. They evidently were confused by the resumption of running.

Sitting here post-run, I'm carefully assessing how the PTT is going to feel. So far, there's some awareness of the new strain on it, but nothing worrisome at this point.
