Legs felt fine, but I didn't have any zip. That, and a lot of traffic on Calvert, that caused me to weave back and forth to the sidewalk, made this a slow run. Physically, I was actually good, especially considering my dissipative behavior last night, involving a lot of beer, pizza, and cookies.
