Kinda cold and cloudy. Hadn't really run since the Fat Ass last Sunday. Did and out and back to the end of Pike road. Wore my screw shoes, which I didn't need on Orchard or South road but definitely needed on most of Turkey and Pike. Had a GU before I left and felt pretty good. Tried not to go too hard up South hill so I wouldn't be breathing hard in the cold air. My asthma has been kicking up lately. Felt good coming back up Pike road. Felt a little gasses coming back up Orchard hill. Good run.
Gear: Nike tights, long tech T, jacket, gloves(shed), warm headband, handheld bottle
