Notes
Sunny, not too cold, 26 deg. no wind. Ran to the high school and back through Stickytown the usual way. There were a lot of sections of smooth glare snow that were slippery so I had to slow down for those. More than I've seen in a long time. Felt kinda creaky heading out but better by the time I got to the high school. Paula was working today so I ran around towards the back and drew a heart on the back windshield. The sidewalk up to Somerset was plowed so I went up that. Couldn't do strides on some of the hills because it was slippery. Also I was trying not to get my breathing going really hard and get my asthma kicked up. Once I got to Maple street my left outside hip and what felt like my IT band started to complain. Haven't had that since the Fat Ass. Not sure if it was really the outside of my quad which has been sore recently. It might be because I didn't run at all last week until Saturday. Hopefully it gets better by Wednesday's run. Didn't feel as bad at the end.
