Notes
Overcast, kinda cool, 67 degrees. Bob and I ran out to the Rumford Boat launch and back. An easy mostly flat run as the final run before the LMS race on Saturday. Pretty uneventful, right knee has felt a little swollen-like walking around since Sunday’s long run. Seems ok running once I get warmed up, I kind of forget about it. Feeling pretty ready for Saturday. Taking the next two days off to rest.
