Sunny, warming up and humidity going up. Ran by my self at the riverlands, plan was to do kind of a long run. Stayed on the ATV roads. At the first big intersection, took the trail back towards Schrep's store, but it went into a big swamp, so I turned around and took a different loop trail back part way. Continued on south until I got to just over 6 miles turned around and took a GU. Felt pretty good, but the deer flies were ferocious. Put on bug spray before I left and was glad I did. On the way back took the side trail through the old foundations to the river and then came back through the field. Checked out a couple of the small rose bushes to get later. Could feel humidity going up. Bottom of left calf sore at times, high Achilles area. Had to loop around the parking lot and out on the road for a bit to make it 12. Good long run.
