Notes
Partly sunny, pretty warm, 77 deg. F, sun felt hot. Bob and I did an easy run out to the Rec Park and back to test out the legs after the LMS race on Saturday. My IT band pain was gone, knee felt good the whole run. I did feel my calf a couple times, but not bad. Legs definitely fatigued. Good run to ease back into it.
