Notes
Sunny, very cold, 15 deg. with a slight breeze. Debated whether or not to run outside or on the treadmill. Decided to go outside. Bob and I ran to the High School via Penobscot and back the usual way but instead of going through Stickytown we went straight up and over the top of Franklin. Wind wasn’t too bad going out and was at our backs on the return. But, once we turned the corner onto Canal St. The wind was in our face and was stronger. Face got cold at this point, but other than that felt warm enough the whole run. Easy conversational pace. Mostly felt good, legs starting to feel the pounding coming down the long hill on Franklin. Glad to be back running outside.
