Notes
Sunny, kinda warm, light wind, 43 deg. Debated whether or not to wear shorts, finally decided to go with shorts and it was the right call. The sun was pretty hot and the wind was ok. Bob and I ran the reverse of the High School loop. Bob wanted to keep the mileage between 4 and 6 as he was still feeling the 8 mile run last week. I was ok with an easy run. Everything felt pretty good, except my left knee was still kinda sore. Lots of puddles and wet roads from the melting snow from yesterday’s storm. Nice day to run.
