Notes
Mostly cloudy, warm, 55, no wind. Bob and I did the Black Bridge loop clockwise. Started out going up to York street and past RES then down to Somerset street and down to Hancock. Fairly easy pace, for me. Left knee sore starting out but seemed ok once I got warmed up. Left hip a little sore, so I got off the shoulder and ran in the travel lane as much as I could on the way back. Other than that felt good. Great weather for February.
