Notes

Cloudy cool, sprinkling of rain, 54 deg. Bob and I ran to the Rumford Boat Launch and back. Ran up the road to Agway, then up the powerlines road to the powerlines. The power lines were wet and muddy but not bad for this time of year. Once on to the trail up the river there was some ice and really sloppy mud. Out through Zink’s and the rest of the way to the boat launch wasn’t bad. I had a GU at the boat launch. Then we headed back. We ran the hill on the powerlines hard and kept up the pace all the way down to the dirt road. Crossed 108 and saw a beaver that got hit crossing the road, poor guy. Not sure what he was doing down there though. This was a good run, with perfect weather. Bob was feeling really good.

Gear: shorts, short tech T, water pack.
