Back from Bangor and visiting with Noreen. Decided to try out my rebuilt bike. Rode the roads out the snowmobile bridge on Isthmus Road, then did the Lem Cissel loop, coming out on Porter West. Did pretty well, but had to stop twice to put chain back on, it fell off the back. Need to adjust rear derailleur. Forgot to use my inhaler and also forgot to take an allergy pill, so my breathing was really asmatic. Actually had to stop on the last climb after the laydown area to catch my breath. Need to get back on the Asmanex. Made the long downhill ok, but the trail could use some rock picking. Trail out to Porter West was pretty technical. Coming down the road, saw Paula walking and rode around her while she walked. Bike shifted really well.
