Notes
Partly sunny, warm, 75 degrees. Bob and I ran the new power lines loop. Ran up the Hydro road as far as we could and then up onto the powerlines. Once we crossed over Falls Hill I took a GU. My legs actually felt pretty good after the hill work yesterday. A lot better than I thought they would. We ran a pretty good pace most of the way. Ran the single track at the high school and back on the old railroad bed to Hosmer. Stopped at the Swift to get a rock out of my shoe and splash my face. The water was kind of cool. Good run today, felt good for back to back days running.
