Notes
Cloudy, a little windy, not as cold. 45 deg. Wore shorts, long tech T. Bob and I ran the new powerlines loop. Ran the hills fairly hard. Took a GU on the way down off the power lines, starting to get low on energy. Slowed down while Bob took a call from Karl on the Oak Street trails. Ran up around the reservoir and then pretty hard down the high school trail. I had to slow down some since my eyes were watering so bad from the cold wind I couldn’t see. Ran the single track pretty hard, then really hard on the long straight section of the Hosmer dirt trail. Cool down pace across the footbridge and looped around the parking lot to make it 7 miles.
Good run, especially after the harder pace run yesterday and FBB last night. Probably take tomorrow off, supposed to be cold, hard rain and snow.
