Filtered sun and cold, but supposed to warm up. OSGR at the Brad. About a dozen of us. We followed Val around the East side on the BBU course. Pretty easy pace, but also moderate at times. Stopped often to let others catch up. Wore microspikes, but really screw shoes would have been best. There was lots of bare ground, some snow, some ice. My left knee was sore at the beginning but seemed a little better once I warmed up. I only had 2 hours to run and get home to go see Abby's tree and the PSO Christmas concert. Finished at 2:05. Fun group run today at an easy conversational pace.
Gear: NB tights, NB long tech T, gloves on and off, headband, water pack, microspikes.
