It has been brutally cold since the Christmas snowstorm. Came into the mill off vacation to pay some bills and run on the treadmill. Used my new wireless ear buds and they worked good. Running didn't seem too bad. Finished with a 1 minute walk at max incline after my cool down. Could've gone longer.
