Notes
Cloudy, warm, and humid. 78 deg. dew point 63. Bob and I ran the new powerlines loop. Pushed pretty hard on the hills this run. Ran into Mark Bolduc coming up Falls Hill on his bike. Stopped and talked to him for awhile. Continued on to the powerlines and it started to rain a little. Didn’t last long. Came down, crossed Swain road, and came back on the high school trail. Did Papianeau’s single track at a pretty good clip. Ran hard back on the trail along the river to the road. Good run, legs felt like they had some energy. FBB is supposed to be a legs and cardio workout tonight, so we’ll see how that goes.
