Notes

Sunny, cool, 67 deg. Bob and I ran below the Ledge, then up the Swett Ave. trail. Ran the whole way without stopping which I hadn’t done for awhile. Cool weather made a big difference, but still struggled to the top. Legs were tired, but cardio felt worse. Not asthmatic, just really winded. Looped down around the look out and then headed for the round it stump. Continued on to the ribbon trail. Ran down fairly easy pace. Once we crossed the brook and went through the slash area, my left foot slipped off a branch to the inside and I twisted my knee. Shortly after I stepped wrong in the tall grass and twisted my right knee. Both were sore for a few minutes but seemed to be ok after. Back on the Honda trails I started to feel bonky, really really hungry for quite a ways but felt a little better once we were done. Good run, beautiful fall day.
