Notes
Sunny, warm, light breeze,52 deg. Easy shake out run following the long run yesterday. Limited myself to 5 miles. Ran up to York St. and stayed on it all the way to Lincoln Ave, then down to Somerset. Ran up Somerset, and took a right out onto Hancock. Ran out Hancock all the way past Park Place and then turned around. Thought about continuing to 3 miles, but I had some sciatic pain on my left side so decided not to push it. Easy pace on the way back, and with the wind at my back it was pretty warm. Sciatic never got any worse, and actually felt better on the climb up past RES. Not bad the rest of the way. Outside left hip flexor kinda sore after. Great day to run in shorts. Finally! But another snowstorm coming for tomorrow.
