Notes
Mostly sunny, a little windy, 28 degrees. Pretty nice day after the blizzard we had yesterday. Ran by myself. Went to the high school via Penobscot Street, looped around the parking lot, then went back out to Hancock. Tried to keep the pace up to pretty hard. At the light, turned up to Somerset but felt like I was starting to run out of gas (no water or GU), so I had to slow back a little. Turned up to go back to Penobscot and ran hard up the hill by Legere’s. Ran through Sticky town up to the hospital, went hard on the hills. Ran down to Maple Ave, and up Maine Ave to the church. Turned down Knox, looped around Tom’s driveway, and then down Franklin back to the mill. Ran across the footbridge to the end of the sidewalk and cooled down on the way back to make it 7 miles. Good run once I got warmed up.
