Notes
Partly sunny, not too cold, 26 deg, light wind out of the South. Ran all over the old neighborhood today. Kept a moderate pace most of the time, going hard up the hills, and faster on some of the flat stretches with no ice. Had to be careful in some areas as there was a thin coating snow on top of ice. Felt good overall except for my left foot. Arch and lower ankle still bothering at times. Tried to maintain good form and not heel strike too much. Good run, pretty nice day.
Route: Mill, York, down Lincoln to Hancock, to the High School, Somerset to Port West, up to Kennebec, down to Tasker and up to Penobscot, Penob to Stickytown to Maple. End of Maple went up and back on Pine St to Lincoln. Up and over Lincoln down to Penobscot, Penob to Maine ave, to Franklin and back the usual way.
