Notes
Mostly cloudy, cool, light wind, 66 degrees. Felt more like Fall today than Summer. Bob and I ran up to the Ledge the usual way and then back and went down the Ribbon trail. Bob was kinda tired from his 20 mile bike ride with Andrew A. yesterday. Felt pretty good once I got warmed up. I was slow and steady all the way up and made it the whole way running. I was really gassed by the time I got to the round it stump. I thought my asthma was kicking up, but I was just breathing really hard. Felt ok after that. Took the lead running down the ribbon trail and we motored down at a pretty good pace, it was fun. Ran a pretty fast pace back on the Honda trails. Didn’t notice any nerve pain in my right foot today. Getting better maybe? Good run.
