Notes
Sunny, kinda hot, humidity down, 77 deg, dew point 57. Bob and I ran the New powerlines loop. Good pace not too hard. Bob was training in his new Hoka’s. Right leg nerve pain at the beginning but came out of it pretty quick. Fell on the high school trail just before the trail out to Porter West, caught my right toe on a stump. Soft landing, nothing hurt. Ran back through Hosmer to the mill. The was a nice breeze, pretty nice day for a run.
