Notes
Sunny, windy, not humid, kinda hot, 78 deg, dew point 51. Bob and I ran to the Rec Park and back at an easy pace to test my hip/knee. Went to SmartCare this morning to get stretched, shocked, and evaluated. Perrault was out so I saw Annie. She didn’t think they were out of alignment, but did most of the stretches Aaron does. Not much energy on the way out, could feel the long ride yesterday. Took a GU in the second field and seemed to get better. Could feel the knee and IT band a little going around the softball fields. Seemed to be better once back on the Honda paths. Kept waiting for it to start bothering me, but it never did. Actually felt a little better than when we started. Hopefully it doesn’t tighten up too much in the afternoon.
