Sunny, warm, light wind, 65 deg. Bob and I ran up to the Ledge. We both were still beat from the Riverlands. I was able to climb pretty well up the first section off Thompson Hill road where I did the repeats, Bob was going at a slower pace so I kept going. I ran all the way to just past the first sign, then marched all the way to the bridge then ran the last section up to the round stump. Did 3 loops around it and waited for Bob who came right along. We ran over to the Ledge and then down over. Took the Swett Ave. trail down to run below the Ledge. The front of my right knee was sore again, so I took it easier down the hill. We walked a bit and picked up a lot of branches on the trail back to Thompson Hill trail. Picked up the pace on the Honda trail and ran pretty hard all the way back. Good run, but felt pretty beat.
