Notes
Cloudy, cold, no wind, 34 deg. I thought it was a little too cold for shorts, so I chose to wear pants. Ran to the high school and back through Stickytown. Ran down the old rail bed to the back of the school and around to the front parking lot. Kept the pace uncomfortable but made it harder the longer I went. Ran the hills hard, almost all out. Also tried not to brake on the downhills, but increase my turn over with a little longer strides. Cooled down by running easy across the foot bridge and back. Good run. Thought my hands would be cold, and they were for the first mile, but warmed up ok after that. Kinda bummed it is pants season already.
