Notes
Sunny with thin layer of clouds, kinda cold, 44 deg., light wind. Ran to the Rec Park and out to the other end of the far field, turning around just before Val’s at the 3 mile mark. I ran into Aaron Cummings coming the other way just before the park. He was wearing the same orange race shirt from the White to Black race. He was also wearing vibram 5 fingers. He loves them. Kept the pace a little harder than easy on the way out and a little harder on the way back. Lots of sand in the trail where it runs close to the river from all the flooding last week. Felt pretty good. My core was getting tired though the last mile or so. Great day for a run. Nothing hurt, lots of hawking and spitting though.
